They were very welcoming and the place was lovely, and pretty close to the city center. They gave us great information on sights to see and things to do.
Great location! It doesn’t take long at all to walk into the centre of the city. Lovely and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here, perfect for a couple!

Great small studio with all that you need. We weren't in very often so all we needed was a bed to sleep in and it was perfect for that. Good size for 2, wouldn't want more guests than that. Pub nearby does great dinner, loved the stew. If they offer you a driver from the airport do it, cheaper than uber and the driver is lovely. Definitely go to Temple Bar of course! It is easy to get in via bus to the city but it can get quite busy in the afternoon so either walk or expect longer wait times (bus may be too full). Overall, had a great time, Liam & Fiona gave great suggestions and we would stay again.
Cute Studio is 50 minute walk from Center
The apartment had everything we needed as a home base. My husband and I prefer to walk over taking buses so it ended up feeling pretty far from the center of Dublin at the end of a long day. This was clearly written in the description and other reviews so was totally my fault in selecting an apartment so far away. We did like the neighborhood and convenient grocery store though the walk from Dublin at night often took us down some dark streets. We did like feeling we were in a quiet, authentic neighborhood at the end of the day. Liam and Fiona were great hosts and we would recommend the apartment to those who are looking for an affordable place to stay in Dublin. Also, I would mention that we signed up for a bus tour at a tourist office to the Cliffs of Moher and Galway. It was the best day we had in Ireland. Great vistas, and a fun tour guide that informed us about the history, culture and language of Ireland. Look out for the tours that make you eat at a specific restaurant. The tour we did remained at the cliffs for 2 hours and we used every minute. In the end, we loved our time in Ireland and we will be back!

Love Place. Bus stop 2 mins from the door and will drop you right in to the Dublin city. It is a very nice walk in to the city too. There is a good cooking space

We enjoyed our stay with Fiona and Liam. The apartment was as described and very clean. Communication and check in were excellent. Thanks for letting us stay there!
Flavia - October 2018
Good apartment, very close to bus stop which leads to the center in few minutes .. supermarket very close, excellent location. Well equipped apartment with everything we needed for small meals.
Ivan - September 2018
Great little space to spend a night or two. Located in the north side of the city with a bus route directly into city center nearby. Walking is about 30 mins. Handy enough space for a night or two in the city.
Will definitely return to Glencourt Apts
We quite enjoyed our stay here. We found the apartment (Oscar Wilde) just as described. It is small but not uncomfortably so at all. Very good for one or two people. We MUCH enjoyed the neighborhood. Its proximity to grocery stores, very good restaurants (check out the Stoneybatter area), bus stops, Phoenix Park make it very convenient, but we also really liked the neighborhood vibe. NOT a tourist area, thankfully. We like to walk so we walked from the apartment though Stoneybatter into the city every day, only occasionally using the bus (but, as noted, bus stops and routes are very convenient to Glencourt). There is no question that it is a matter of when, not if, we will return to Dublin, and there is no question that when we do we will book at Glencourt again.

A great little place with close proximity to Phoenix Park and Stoneybatter. Liam and Fiona were great communicators!
Gérard - July 2018
A very cosy apartment with everything we needed. It was located in a safe neighbourhood close to town, and we can easily walk (20/30 min). There were also 3 different bus lines to town. Liam and Fiona were very responsive to our needs. We recommend.

The place is super clean and the bed is very comfy, also there was no problem with finding shops or anything nearby! The neighbourhood is quiet and it has access to the buses literally in front of the house

Nice location, great hosts, very supportive and caring!
Ainara - March 2018
The house is very well comunicated with the city center by bus. The neighbourhood is quite, so you can rest really well. The apartment was clean and it had all we needed for our four days vacation in Dublin.

Increíble experience at Liam's, kind, gentle and helpful!! 5 stars I recommend it!!
This apartment is warm, cosy, walking distance to the city and great value for money! We loved being so close to Pheonix Park too. Check in was easy and the apartment was clean and very well equipped. Would stay again and recommend for sure!
Lovely spot, with easy access to city centre and local amenities. Liam was always very responsive when contacted!
Everything was perfect! Great apartment (as you can see in the photos), very clean, wifi, good located and very cosy for us (a couple). I definitely recommend it!
Liam was very helpful host and gave us a lot of information about Dublin. The apartment was just what we needed - it was cosy and the kitchen had all the utensils we wanted for a short break.
Host made us feel very welcome from the start. Quick to communicate. Got a little lost as we jumped on any 46a bus. Have to get one which goes via Phoenix park but this wasn't a problem! Great little studio with lots of amnemities. Great location with easy public transport access. Would definitely stay here again. Good value for money.
We felt very welcome. Liam met us at the door after having arranged a pick up for us at the airport. He helped us with our luggage, showed us around the apartment and gave us a map with a few directions. Overall a very nice experience.

“This is a great little place. Close enough that my partner and I walked absolutely everywhere; far enough to escape the hoards of August Dublin tourists. This room is also in the back of the building, avoiding any sounds from the road. We chose it for its location and privacy - like our own wee place in Dublin! We were very grateful for them allowing us to book something day-of, as well as their lockbox system which took the pressure off of meeting them at a specific time. When I accidentally left a small bag behind (hey, waking up at 4:00am to catch a flight is HARD), they were quick to message me and kind enough to meet with someone to return it. We never did meet in person, but communication was excellent. It was the perfect little space for 1-2 people. Clean and modern, on the top floor of a walk-up. The whole building is rooms they rent. Do bring your own bath soaps and food, but otherwise it's well stocked. FYI: In addition to what is mentioned on the page, there is a 24-hour Centra 5-10 minutes walk and I recommend Cowtown for coffee. And for those tourists traveling to Dublin in August, book everything online and ahead of time! Thank you for everything Fiona and Liam!”
The studio is really well furnished for a couple and ideally placed. We spent a good time there, not far from the city centre on foot. Nice place ! Easy to do the shopping in the area and nice places where to have a drink in the evening. Too bad we didn't have the chance to meet Liam... Sébastien
Liam was a great host. He was waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived to welcome us, and gave us some suggestions on places to eat and pubs to visit. The apartment was exactly as described, a small studio good for two people. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and is located near a grocery store which was handy. There is a bus station right down the street that goes to city centre. We also walked to city centre which took about 25 minutes. Would definitely stay here again!
Hi, the studio was great, clean, relax and quiet, good space, the bed was ok. The neighborhood is relax and safe, you can go walk to Phoenix park, in 10 min you are at the city center on bus and if you prefer to walk, in 25 min you arrive the city center. Liam is very gentle, answer all questions that I made really fast and clear. The taxi was waiting for me at the airport with my name, that's nice. The only issue that i have is the fridge was noise and the internet was really slow when was saturated. I really recommend Liam's place!! You'll have a really good days in Dublin.
Alle notwendigen "Versorgungseinrichtungen" (Supermarkt, Pub, take aways) sind fußläufig erreichbar.
The studio is exactly as advertised. It provided a safe, comfortable and come home away from home for myself and my little boy for 3 nights. We were greeted at the airport by a friendly local taxi arranged through the owner Liam and were personally greeted by Him on arrival. He even took the time and trouble to carry our suitcases up the stairs for us! The location is good and there were maps and heaps of local pamphlets and information available so we could plan our days. Town center is a few minutes' bus/taxi ride away (€6 by taxi). If taking the bus be mindful you need cash and exact change. I highly recommend this property for a few nights stay when in Dublin! Brenda
Really cute, well equipped studio that was perfect for a short stay for two. Super convenient location as there is a Tesco just a few minutes walk away and also a bus stop that goes into the city centre just outside the flat. Thank you for having us!
A small, clean and comfortable room with a lovely view of the sunsets over the suburban rooftops. The kitchen was well equipped with useful utensils and more than the expect consumables in the cupboard. A comfortable stay.
Liam's apartment was the perfect place for us while we were in Dublin! the place was cozy and had everything we needed. we even stayed in and cooked a few nights. Liam has a ton of tourist information that was super helpful. He also helped arrange our rides to and from the airport that made our lives very easy as we were on a tight schedule. Liam was very friendly and helpful. everything was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Liam is a great hostel. Our first time in Dublin and he helps us a lot with good informations. The studio is perfect. Nice bed, nice shower and nice kitchen. Good place, with bus just in front of the door.
We had a wonderful stay over the weekend. The apartment is very cosy and comfortable offering everything that you need for a pleasant stay. The communication with Liam and his wife is excellent and we can only recommend to stay in one of their apartments. See you next time!
Small but very nice and clean apartment with handy kitchen and bathroom. Liam was very quick in responding to every question I had. Beautiful Phoenix Park and supermarket are very close. The bus to the city center stops almost at the front door but it is also possible to walk to the centre. Also very quiet at night. Very nice location.
I very much liked my stay in Liam's apartment. Small clean comfortable studio, ideal for 1-2 persons. Connection to center is continent by bus. I'd definitely recommend it. Thank you Liam
This flat is in a great location and suits our needs perfectly when we stay in Dublin. It's a ten-minute bus journey from the city centre and a five-minute walk from Stoneybatter & Smithfield which has plenty of pubs and restaurants. It's very comfortable and has everything a person needs when staying for a long weekend. Communication from the host was good and he left clear instructions about entering the property, wi-fi etc.
It was a very cosy and nice time in the Oscar Wilde apartment. Everything one needs was there, very tidy and clean. We liked it there. Downtown was fast to reach and the apartment was really quiet and good for recreation after long day tours:-) Liam welcomed us very kindly and had even prepared emergency bread and butter for us :-) Thanks Liam for that. Well, I am not a good writer, but really want to recommend this apartment.
Liam and Fiona were kind hosts. The little apartment is confortable and silent. It was all we needed for our short holidays in Dublin. We would stay here again given the chance.
Liam was an excellent host and very responsive to communicate with. The room came as advertised. Very simple, clean and orderly which is all we asked for. Good value for staying in Dublin and would happily stay there again.
Lovely flat! We had a great time, everything as expected - even got picked up from the airport.
Great stay at Liam's! The flat is large enough to be enjoyed by two people. It is not far from the city (best bus line to have) and is close to many amenities. Thanks for having us!
At my request, Liam made sure that someone picked me up at the Dublin Airport and took me to my flat. I was accurately given all of the necessary information for my stay there. I found Liam to be a most congenial, understanding and friendly individual upon meeting him. He willing answered any questions that I had about getting around the city.
The flat was done very tastefully, clean, and accurately described. It was efficiently close to everything but still in a peaceful area. If I ever return to Dublin I will certainly contact him first.
