A little and peaceful apartment. Very wonderful staying in a quiet area in the north of Dublin, with all services near (Tesco, pubs, pharmacies and so on). Fiona and Liam offered me a precise pick up service with a driver and everything was perfecr from the beginning: quick and useful informations and excellent communication. Definitely reccomend it!

Very nice comfortable and cosy apartment. About 30 minutes to centre/temple bar area. 10 mins from phoenix park. Good bars even closer (cobblestone for music). We really enjoyed our stay here. 100% would recommend

Perfect location!

The apartment space was quaint and met all of our needs. The space was small, but perfect for my mom and I. We loved the vintage building. The best thing about the charming space was its location to the bus, and many walkable activities. The owners gave us wonderful information to get us started for a perfect holiday. They were very helpful. Fiona provided a ride from the airport which was extremely helpful as well. Garry our driver was prompt, courteous, and answered all of our questions. I cant wait to go back.

Great location

We enjoyed our time in Dublin. The apartment location is very convenient. Close to town and to the main attractions in the city. It is a small apartment but equipped with everything we needed. Free parking in front of the apartment is a plus since parking spaces around are very expensive.

The communication with the owner was smooth and check in instructions very easy to follow. The welcome email was very informative.

Cosy space, everything you could need, very good location

Excellent base for Dublin experience

This property is a five star property because it is exactly how it is described by the owners. A clean, small apartment in a quiet residential area that provides easy access to Dublin's City Centre. My wife and I stayed at Liam and Fiona's apartment for several days before joining an escorted tour of Ireland. I really can not say enough about how accessible Liam and Fiona were during the entire process. From booking to questions about the city and even during our stay, email responses were returned within several hours. The Stoneybatter area is a safe, vibrant area with cafes, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. City Centre is a thirty minute walk. Public transport stops practically in front of the apartment and taxis are plentiful. Garry is the driver who will pick you up from the airport. He was an invaluable source of information about the city. We had an incredible experience in Dublin and Ireland, and it all started with a stay at Liam and Fiona's apartment. Thanks.

Great location, close to the park, Guinness, and Jameson! We very much enjoyed being able to go to Lidl and cook at the apartment, the local food at Lidl was just as good, if not better than that at the pubs!

Denise - August 2018

Would definitely recommend this apartment to stay in. Great location, easy to get into the city or use the great pubs, restaurants and cafes locally. The apartment is very stylish , very clean and has everything you could need. We hope to return when next visiting Dublin.

Chris - April 2018

Liam and Fiona were fantastic host, helping with recommendations, transport and logistics. The accommodation, although basic was fitting of what we required. I recommend to others to bring and umbrella for Ireland! Thanks, Chris

A cosy, clean studio apartment with a convenient location. Super hosts, even though we didn’t meet them directly, they were always on the other end of the phone to help. I highly recommend this apartment and these hosts.

I was traveling to Ireland for business, and due to my long stay (about 2 months), I needed a place I can crash in during this period of time, and I came across this place that seemed to suit to my needs. I was traveling alone which made the search narrow down to this cozy flat. One of the main reasons is that I wanted to cook and this small studio had what I was looking for. The "Seamus Heaney" studio flat is all what you need as alone traveler and specially when it comes to extended stay such as mine. Place is at a very strategic location, supermarkets near by just a few minutes away. Take-away food places some blocks down to the city center which, by the way, is about 20-25 min walk; although, buses run just in front of the building if you want to consider moving around the city fast. The host, Liam and his wife Fiona, they are wonderful people and they welcomed me the day I arrived. The communication between us was simply perfect and could manage to solve any concern/issue that that we might have run into the best way. I highly recommend this flat to whom wants to enjoy the surroundings of the city.

Tom - December 2017

Everything was as advertised, no issues whatsoever and very smooth to getting the keys

Christine - December 2017

Fab apartment which was so handy to city centre!

Elana - December 2017

The best thing about this studio apartment is the location and access to public transport. With bus stops only seconds away from the front door, and tram and train stations within a 15-minute brisk walk, must-see places and must-do activities in Dublin, it's surrounds and much of Ireland are all in easy reach. Even though a very small space, all necessities and amenities have been covered. There are shops only several minutes walk away, including Tesco, Lidl, post office, take-aways, etc. The neighbourhood was quiet during our stay, and the building itself is a lovely place to be for those interested in period architecture.

Sami - November 2017

I stayed with a friend in Liam’s place for long weekend. Didn’t get to meet Liam but the communication was easy nevertheless. The place is easily accessible by walking from the city and the neighborhood is quiet apart the street can be rather busy. Small flat by good amenities.

Sigrit - November 2017

The studio was very clean and had everything in the kitchen which one needs to cook. The address is close enough to the center to walk to if you are good on your feet. However, there is also a very handy bus stop almost in front of the house.

Jackie - October 2017

We enjoyed our stay at Liam’s apartment. We didn’t meet Liam, but online communication with him was good. It is easy to reach the city centre by the bus that stops right outside the door, or a short walk to the Luas (tram) Red line that also goes to the city centre. There are two supermarkets very close to the apartment.

Aaron & Billie - July 2017

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Dublin. It was very quaint and in a great location. It was a quick taxi or bus ride to the city center, although we choose to walk it once or twice (which took a little over an hour) and found a great place for breakfast along the way. Liam was a great host. Although he was unavailable to meet us, he made arrangements for or arrival. This included transportation from the airport for a fee and entry into the apartment. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Yvonne - July 2017

Liam was provididing us with all the necessary information. He also let us check in early. The apartment was very clean but very small. It takes about 35-40 minutes to walk to the center. Public transportation is right in front of the apartment. Overall it was a good stay.

Patty - April 2017

We had a very nice stay at Liam's apartment. He was very accommodating and helpful, as we were a little lost when we got into Dublin. The apartment is very clean and quiet. We were only really in it to sleep at night. We drove from the airport and parking outside of the apartment was always plentiful and conveniently located. There are ships and restaurants all around the apartment. There is a bus stop located just several feet from the door. We would definitely return and recommend Liam's place!

MARCH 2017

Was a great place to spend the weekend. There was easy parking. It's about 30 min walk from the centre. We had a short power outage but that sorted itself out

MARCH 2017

Liam was very accommodating with checkin/checkout time and we had little trouble communicating with him. We found the place big enough for 2 of us and having microwave, stove and oven was definitely a plus. The apartment was very close to a grocery store (Tesco, 2-3 min walk) and it only took 15-20 minutes on bus to get to Temple Bar, Trinity College area. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment and Hertz/Thrifty car rental in a walking distance. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and made our Dublin trip an unforgettable one!

MARCH 2017

Exactly as pictured, good location with-in walking distance to many major attractions. Would definitely stay here again! Liam is an excellent and extremely attentive host and responded immediately with the few questions I had during my stay.

Simply perfect

March 2017

It was a very comfortable accomodation 10 minutes by bus from Dublin city centre. I strongly advise it!

FEBRUARY 2017

Loved my stay at this flat. It's a 30 minutes walk to the center, bus stop is nearby, it is cozy, quiet, clean and modern and has everything you need. Liam is always a call and message away and he is really really nice. I will definitely come back again! Not one negative word to say. Thank you Liam!

January 2017

Very Nice small apartment. Very very clean. Liam was very helpful both for check in and check out and for arranging transport with the airport. Very good experience!

JANUARY 2017

Liam's place was small but had everything we needed to rest and cook a few meals and take a hot shower. It was close to the city but it was quiet on the street. Parking was difficult as the spaces are first come first serve on the street in front of the house but in the evening it was easier to find a space. Liam was a great host and met us at the apartment to show where everything was and hooked us with some fresh fruit.

JANUARY 2017

This apartment is exceptionally cozy and is very close to the city. From Liam's apartment we were able to walk all over Dublin. We checked out Temple Bar, The Guinness Storehouse, Trinity College, and we were even able to book a lovely day tour to Northern Ireland, all thanks to the helpful tips and brochures Liam left for us. Thank you for this great accommodation! We know where we will be staying during our next trip to Dublin!

JANUARY 2017

This place was perfect! Don't miss out! It was exactly what we needed with a great bed, kitchen, and wifi. We LOVED staying here!

DECEMBER 2016

We had a great stay at Liam's apartment! The Check - In was easy and we could enter the flat as soon as we arrived (around 10am), which was really helpful! The studio was fully equipped and really clean. There was bus stop just outside the house, which was quite comfortable after a long day in the city. The bus takes around 10 minutes. If you prefer walking it takes you around 25 minutes to the centre. The apartment was very quiet, we didn't hear any cars or buses. All in all a perfect stay in Dublin, we had a great time thanks to Liam and would highly recommend staying here

October 2016

This place was perfect for our stay in Dublin! Very close to everything. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed! Liam was a great host! Highly recommend!

August 2016

"Líam no nos pudo recibir pero nos mandó las instrucciones por mail dos días antes. El apartamento estaba limpio y tenía todo lo que podíamos necesitar, incluso había fruta, te y pan para el desayuno. la casa contaba con todo lo necesario. Si lleváis coche es una opción buena porque no hay problema de parking. Está situado algo alejado del centro con lo que es necesario coche o transporte público ( no sé las opciones de la zona porque fuimos en coche)."

Very quiet and cosy apartment

June 2016

The apartment is new, very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in Dublin. The place is easy to find and one km far from the airport bus station. When you want to go downtown, you can easily do it by foot.

May 2016

Liam was a fantastic host. I was with my family in a last minute bind for a place to stay, and he was quick to respond and get us set up in the apartment. It was a small place, but the location was great and it was very clean, cozy and comfy! I definitely recommend staying here.

May 2016

Booked for a few company employees - they were very happy staying there and would be happy to go back any time they are back in Dublin again. They said it was a very clean and well appointed flat.

May 2016

Liam's apartment is clean, comfortable and near to the center by bus. We did not meet Liam but he was very helpful to tell us information to get his place from the airport and to get the keys. We recommend walking to Stoneybatter for breakfast or lunch at local cafés. We will definitely stay there again if we have chance to go back to Dublin.

May 2016

Liam's Appartment war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten und sauber war es auch! Top Wohnung für ein top Wochenende in Dublin!

April 2016

We stayed 3 days at Liams apartment. It is a very cute and clean one. It was ideal for our trip. Thank you Liam!

April 2016

March 2016

Liam's place was fantastic! I stayed in the Seamus Heaney studio (which I believe had recently been renovated) for a week and it had everything I needed. I felt safe in the neighborhood and there is a Tesco (grocery store) very close by, as well as a restaurant/bar called Hanlon's, which makes a great Irish Breakfast. There were extra towels, toilet paper, pillows, and even an extra duvet and it was immaculate. Next time I'm in town, I plan on looking Liam up again. He was available by movie and always responded to any queries I had immediately. Thank you, Liam!!
